We advise all players who are concerned about their gambling behavior to take a break by excluding themselves from their gaming account. Self-exclusion will lock your account for a minimum of 6 months and no promotional material will be sent.

Contact our experienced Customer Support team at any time to request this and they will kindly assist you. A 7 day cooling off period is also available. We recommend that you contact all other gambling sites where you have an account and request self-exclusion there also.

Underage gambling

Players must be of legal gambling age in their jurisdiction (at least 18+) in order to play at luckyclash.io. It is their responsibility to be aware of the age restriction where they reside and play, and to confirm their legitimacy when creating an account at luckyclash.io. We also advise parents to do the following:

Password protect computer, mobile, and/or tablet.
Do not leave device unattended when logged into your account.
Make sure all account details and credit cards are inaccessible to children.

Monthly deposit limit

Cap how much you can deposit within a single calendar month. By default there is no limit, so you decide if and when to set one.

Set or lower your limit and it applies immediately.
Raising or removing a limit only takes effect after a 7-day waiting period, so a limit can never be lifted on impulse.
Once you reach your cap, further deposits are blocked until the next calendar month.

24-hour self-exclusion

Need a break? Lock yourself out instantly with a single hold-to-confirm action in your profile.

Hold the button for 3 seconds and your account is locked for 24 hours.
You are signed out and cannot log back in until the break is over.
The lock cannot be shortened or undone early. It is there to protect you in the moment.

Where to find your tools

Both controls live in your account under Profile → Safer Play. You can review your current limit, see how much you have deposited this month, and adjust your boundaries at any time.
